Introduction

Equiniti Cyber Security is a trading name of Marketing Source Ltd and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.  This privacy policy sets out the data processing practices carried out by Equiniti Cyber Security in relation to any personal information we hold relating to you.

Collection of your personal information

We may collect personal information from you in a number of ways, for example if you submit a contact form to our website, or if you telephone, or email us.  We may collect the following information:

Security and storage of personal information

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information.  We are accredited with the ISO27001 certification and use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.  For example, we store your personal information on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities.

Your personal information is held by us on our databases which are owned and controlled by us.  The databases are stored on secure servers based in the United Kingdom.
